At Chompshop, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
